LaRhonda Flowers MA, LIMHP, LADC

CEO/Founder/Counselor, Supervisor

LaRhonda is the CEO and Founder of Restore, Rebuild, Reconnect Counseling Center; R3CC for short. Her brand was founded on the idea that recovery is possible if you are willing to put in the work. You can create new pathways and live a new life no matter where you come from.

LaRhonda is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Mental Health Practitioner. She earned her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace University in Omaha, NE. 

Sharlett White MS, PLMHP


Sharlett White holds an M.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology and Biblical Studies. I am a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner.

My journey in life has awarded me experiences that have equipped me with a holistic approach that involves the mind, body, and soul connection. My education along with life experiences enables me to work empathetically with clients dealing with various life struggles. I am also able to counsel from a faith-based approach based on the need and at the request of my clients.

Karen Avery MA,  PLMHP, LADC


Hi, my name is Karen Avery. I’m a recovering drug addict/alcoholic. I used drugs and alcohol for 24 years and now I have 17 years of sobriety. I specialize in drug addiction, alcoholism, anxiety, depression, and bipolar.

I am a CBT therapist, reality therapist, and person-centered therapist.

I work on taking irrational thinking errors and teach you how to turn them into rational thinking. I will work on your past with you and help you learn how to forgive and let go. I also will help you with your criminal thinking.

I can help you become a productive member of society and help you learn how to be respected as well as help you how to be respected.
