LaRhonda Flowers MA, LIMHP, LADC

CEO/Founder/Counselor, Supervisor

LaRhonda is the CEO and Founder of Restore, Rebuild, Reconnect Counseling Center; R3CC for short. Her brand was founded on the idea that recovery is possible if you are willing to put in the work. You can create new pathways and live a new life no matter where you come from. LaRhonda is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Mental Health Practitioner. She's earned her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace University in Omaha, NE. She also holds a A.S. in Management, B.S. in Marketing and currently pursing her PhD, in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Sharlett White MS, PLMHP


Sharlett White holds an M.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology and Biblical Studies. She's a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. Her journey in life has awarded her experiences that have equipped her with a holistic approach that involves the mind, body, and soul connection. Her education along with life experiences enables her to work empathetically with clients dealing with various life struggles. She is also able to counsel from a faith-based approach based on the need and at the request of clients. Her specialities include anxiety, depression and alcohol use. 

Christy Wissink MA, LIMHP


Christy Wissink holds a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a B.S. in Family Life Counseling and Ministry and a B.S. in World Missions. Christy's goal as a therapist is to provide compassionate and a safe setting where an individual, couple, or family can develop positive, effective, healthy changes, and coping skills. There is always hope and healing that can be rewritten into the path you are currently on, and you can change your destination. She believes healing can come for the whole person. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-care, compassion fatigue, cross-cultural transitions, life stressors, and transitions.

Alisha Lohman, BA

Graduate Intern

Provides PRO BONO therapy services with supervision from fully licensed therapist LaRhonda Flowers throughout treatment with clients. Alisha has a background in working with families in crisis. Alisha strives to work with clients in trauma and attachment-informed matter. She will use skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Alisha takes a client-centered approach. Alisha provides therapy in a safe space to help clients work through their various life issues inclusion depression, anxiety, substance use/abuse, and more. Ayla Carson

Administrative Assistant

Ayla is our administrative assistant. She will welcome and help onboard new clients, coordinate with scheduling and keep Restore Rebuild Reconnect Counseling Center connected via social media. Ayla has 10 years of professional experience and is pursing her B.A. in Healthcare Management. You can reach Ayla at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Crystal Green, BA

Practice Biller

Crystal Greene has worked in the medical field for over 15 years. She started as a CNA for the mentally and physically disabled adults to working private care, traveling CNA, hospitals and nursing homes. She transitioned to medical records to transportation supervisor to medical billing guru. Crystal has her Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration.
